Description: Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the complexities of sex trafficking, including risk factors, control mechanisms used by traffickers, & the psychological & physical impact on survivors. They will learn evidence-based, trauma-informed strategies for building trust, ensuring safety, & fostering resilience while respecting survivors’ autonomy. Additionally, participants will explore effective therapeutic modalities & interventions tailored to the unique needs of trafficking survivors.
