Trauma-Informed Lawyering for Immigrant Survivors

This interactive training will explore the principles of trauma-informed legal representation and its critical role in effectively supporting immigrant survivors. Participants will be able to identify barriers immigrant survivors face in accessing legal and justice systems within their communities and learn about the legal requirements of Title VI, the role and qualifications of interpreters, and best practices for clear and sensitive communication.
